Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

* Jumping Juniper Boutique accepts returns for store credit for orders that meet the criteria of Return Eligibility and are still within the Return Window Timeframe.

* Customer is responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order is eligible for return, the cost of return shipping will be covered by the customer or will be deducted from the store credit.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund for store credit.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Digital downloads (cross stitch patterns, PDFs, etc.)

  • Sale or clearance items

Exchanges
At this time, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.


Items $25 and under are final-sale. A coupon code used on an order makes it invalid for return.
